Organoleptic characteristics
The color is deep ruby, the spicy scent and enveloping, with a full-bodied flavor woody note. Long and tannic.
Any deposits (salts) that can form on reserve wines are natural and indication of the genuineness of the product.

Thanks to my brother “EL NICIO”

I decided to devote our ​​most prestigious Limited Edition Reserve to my brother “El Nicio”. A small production of 500 bottles of Cabernet Sauvignon, a wine with an intense ruby red color and a spicy & enveloping aroma. This wine stays 48 months in oak barrels and then it rests another 12 months in bottles. This is a special reserve to my brother Dionisio. His friends usually called him ”El Nicio”. He left us 2 years ago and I decided to thank him and his precious work with this wine line. Special thanks goes him because from the beginning he always helped and supported me with his contribution, incited better in every initiative having excellent results. Already as a child he helped the family during the harvest and the wine processes. As big brother he always gave me wise advice on my work.
